Victoria is still looking amazing at 45 and she recently revelead her secret.

Mrs Beckham’s affordable tip:

Eating three or four avocados a day.

According to a recent interview to promote her new beauty range with Glamour magazine, Posh said that she eats between three and four avocados every day.


Well, avocados have long been known for their ability to rejuvenate the skin and moisturize from the inside out.

They are an excellent source of monounsaturated fat, vitamin E,  K,  C, B and minerals like magnesium, copper, iron, zinc & vitamin A.

They also provide enzymes to the body and amino acids that build proteins. The amino acids called glutamate protects the skin from external damage and glutathione fights aging.

Avocados are delicious and best added to salads, smoothies and of course mashed up as guacamole.

However, avocados are also high in calories due to the high-fat content.

Victoria insists that ‘it’s not about wanting to look younger’ and rather about looking after her skin. She is happy in her own skin.

She said This Morning in an interview:

‘I would rather celebrate who I am and be the best version of myself rather than change myself too much.’

‘There’s something really liberating about embracing who I am at 45 years old and owning it, feeling content.

‘I want to spread the word that everybody should feel like the best version of themselves.

‘To look after what you have. I want to tell people to own who you are.
